Oral Health Town Hall Interdisciplinary Meeting

The landmark publication of the Surgeon General’s Report, “Oral Health in America in 2000,” highlights the importance of oral health in overall health. The Southeastern Health Equity Council (SHEC) invites you to join us for the Oral Health Town Hall Interdisciplinary Meeting to develop a deeper understanding of the root causes of oral health disparities. This meeting will explore the physical, psychological, sociological, and spiritual bidirectional relationship between oral and systemic health and address ways to advance health equity in the Southeast region of the U.S.
